What about Kamal Hassan and Hay Ram. Hay Ram is the best known work of Shah Rukh in Tamil Nadu (I think his only native Tamil language film to this date) and the guy’s acting was stellar despite only being a cameo role. He would’ve outshined Kamal Hassan in those scenes with his natural acting and acted in that movie for free. His best acting work thus far.
